Not sure what you mean, you need to look in payments all transactions to see what tge status of payment is.
If it is not showing up then has the buyer even paid, as you do not post until buyer has paid, once paid money will show in your account but may be held by ebay fir a time. As you would appear to be a new seller money would not be released immediately.
