Hi I haven’t been paid for an item. The payment was made by the buyer and they have received the item. The payment is not on hold. There appears to be tracking history that it’s been received and a further tracking history asking me to post. This is ridiculous as it’s been received and the transaction is complete. Could anyone please advise? The one thing which could be causing the issue is that due to an address error supplied by the buyer I had to cancel the postage but then amended the address and purchased a second postage label and the tracking for that states it’s been received by the buyer and the buyer has left me positive feedback. I can’t escalate this as I can’t get to speak to anyone apart from the online chat help which doesn’t understand the issue.

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number. If not contact ebay and ask them to do it. You can use callback on here:

Feedback does not count under the new rules for payouts, for releasing payouts sooner, unless the item is under the value of £10, and this to be fully rolled out at end of February.
Royal Mail tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout, that is, 2 days after the delivery date.
If you have found your tracking has not updated, therefore holding back your payout, contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
