Not able to view offers.

Hi, when getting an offer, go into view offer details and it will only show me full price. Tried on several offers but always get the same result. Any thoughts, many thanks.

It sometimes depends on the device or browser you are using, some like the app or mobile browser do not offer all the options and functions needed.

If using the above,  switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay,  and try from there.

Thank you for a very prompt reply. I’m using a lap top that I’ve used for a
long time.
I am away from home at the moment, abroad. Do you think that might have
anything to do with it?
