None Delivery of Item

I purchased an item from eBay Commerce UK Ltd., the item has not arrived. my paypal account shows the item is paid for together with the order number and transaction number.

My purchase history does NOT show the item, I did not purchase as a guest or used a different account.

How do I get to speak to a human being without being asked the same question over and over again by the “useless bot)

If you don't get the item and have problems opening a claim on ebay you will be able to get a refund direct from Paypal.

You did not buy anything from Ebay - they don't sell to buyers.

If you locate the email you received from Ebay when you paid for the item - in your private emails, rather than your Ebay mailbox - that will enable you to check all details and make absolutely sure that you did not buy as a guest or from a second account.

When did you make the purchase?  You have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to open a claim.
