Hello, I’m new to selling and have just received an order for 2 items from 1 particular buyer. I looked at their profile summary and saw no feedback percentage figure recorded. They’ve been on EBay since 2023.
I’ve messaged them about a postage query but received no reply. Should I be concerned as all my other buyers have some kind of feedback data associated with their profile?

If they've had a break from selling or buying, no activity on their account, then they will have no feedback %.
What was the postage query? Are they asking you to combine postage? If you do this remember you'll only have one tracking number so they could claim only one item received.
Combining postage is not mandatory if not offered on your original listings.
Send the item tracked and insured if of value, and only post when eBay have confirmed payment and only to the name and address eBay provide on the delivery order, post to no other. Come back to us if the buyer requests this or you have any other question, and we can advise you of your next steps to take.

Yes they purchased 2 separate items, so I messaged them to confirm that I will combine postage charges for 1 shipment. I always ask the buyer if this is OK (just in case they want them sent separately).
will use 48 hour tracked service and my packaging is always very good.

Everyone has to start somewhere. In any case, what difference would it have made if they had feedback?
Once a buyer has won an item you're committed to the sale, whatever their feedback. You could cancel the sale, but without a valid reason eBay would place a defect on your account. (Not trusting the buyer is not a valid reason.) It doesn't take many defects to be restricted from selling.
This is just one of the many risks sellers have to accept when selling on eBay.

When sending multiple items, you can mark tracking information against both items, so you have evidence of delivery for both.
