I just wanted to ask if anyone else with a Featured Shop subscription hasn't received their monthly packaging supplies voucher for October?
We have 2 active eBay shops with Featured subscriptions, and neither account received the usual voucher this month. Last time we used it was on 30th September, and the last email we got about the voucher was back on 10th September.
Normally, we just add items to the basket in the eBay-branded packaging shop and the voucher applies automatically — but now nothing shows.
Has anyone else experienced this?
