I have just bought an item of around £225.00 on Ebay - went through all the correct channels to get the nectar points but have been told that I wont be able to get any points for this purchase. Nectar can see that I went onto the Ebay site but as there was "no purchase information" then I will not receive any Nectar points. I have subsequently been told by Nectar that they are not able to investigate any missing Ebay points? Ive no idea why but I do feel cheated - especially as they were advertising that it was 5 x the points over Black Friday. I have sent lots of messages to Nectar but they are adamant they are not able to look into any discrepancies with purchases made via Ebay. So is it the case that Nectar points are not being awarded for any purchases through Ebay? Any thoughts would be gratefully received.
