UK Seller:
I've just sold a book and have encountered the new prepaid label system, instead of previously having choice as to what service I could use. I guess eBay have taken money from my balance for this.
However, eBay has guessed my item is a large letter by Royal Mail rules, but it is in fact a small parcel. So now I've got to buy a new label for the proper amount from the Royal Mail website.
My questions are:
a: Will I get a refund from eBay for the label I'm not using.
b: Should I now pre-pack and weigh everything I list, which seems a bit wasteful for things that don't sell.
