I have just received negative feedback (my first) for late delivery.
Buyer purchased on Sunday I posted on the Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday 3 days earlier than the estimated time on the original listing.
The buyer expected to have paid on the Sunday and have it delivered on the Wednesday as per their feedback (no other communication)
I have appealed this through ebay automated appeal system and it was rejected.
My question is how is this possible? I have clearly shown a 2 working day posting turnaround and I use a 2-3day postal service and so total 4-5 working day postage which is what I delivered.
How is there no protection for me as a seller who has delivered everything I have offered (no issue with product just delivery) when it is clearly down to the buyer not reading the listing correctly and making their own assumptions.
Please help?
