Need help with order

Hi

i bought foot steps for glb.

i ordered 2 sets.

i added them into the basked and paid.

but when i paid i did not receive and confirmation or any order number.

but my money has been deducted from the account.

when i speak to ebay it was not very heplful because the there was nothing shown in my purchase history.

i spoke to the seller. He said this product is not in stock.

if it was not it stock 

why did it get added to my ebay basket

and why my money has been processed.

now I don’t understand what should i do ?
