National insurance number not recognised

I am trying to enter my national insuarance nuber.

I have my NHS app and the number is 10 digits XXX XXX XXXX

I have entered the numbers without spaces as it says but wont accept the last number as the total is to many.

I then get :


Enter a valid National Insurance number
 
The number is a valid number

My NI number is 9 digits long, so are you putting in correct one.

NHS and NI are different numbers.

As advised, your National Insurance Number is NOT your NHS number and you won't be able to find it on the NHS app.

NI numbers look like this YC 21 22 23  D with 9 digits, starting with 2 letters and eding with 1 letter,

Your NI number will be on a P60, P45, payslip or any letter from HMRC.
