NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

A BUYER HADNT PAID FOR AN ITEM AFTER 3WKS SO I MESSAGED TO SAY I WAS GOING TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT WAS RELISTING IF THEY WOULD STILL LIKE TO BUY THE ITEM.

THERE WAS NO CONTACT FROM THE BUYER AT ALL.

2 MTHS DOWN THE LINEI RECEIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE BUYER SAYING I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND RELISTED IT

I HAVE WORKED HARD TO PLEASE MY CUSTOMERS AND AM SO ANNOYED THAT MY 100% HAS GONE DOWN TO 99.5%

Hello,

 

You should have opened a case for unpaid item,  and closed after 4 days,  your Final value fees would have been refunded,  the buyer would have received a non payment strike,  and would not have been able to leave any feedback.

 

eBay can read all messages which go via their  messaging system,  you could try calling eBay CS,  explain the non payment/cancellation transaction,  and they may, just may remove that feedback,  though there is no guarantee,  it may depend who you get.  Worth a shot though,  nothing to lose.
