My ebay purchase history is incomplete: it refuses to go beyond two months ago. I have a problem with an item I bought in June. I never left feedback and ebay has never requested it. It is not showing me any history of that purchase.
I changed my password at one stage but have changed it again recently and it still gives me purchase history of some items bought under the old password so I don't think that's the problem. It's like my ebay access is limited somehow...
Any suggestions gratefully received.
