I am presuming that you mean an order was delivered, but to a different address, presuming that you are the buyer of this order, could you please let me know the item number? Otherwise, you can open an item not received case here, and if we can confirm that the address the item was delivered to doesn't match the shipping address you entered at checkout, the case would be resolved in your favor with a refund.
