Hi ,

My account is restricted and I think I received offer to buy a watch and it was too late to confirm the order and it expired idk how .

I was making sure that product is real or duplicate.

Now I have sold my phone over here and payment is on hold but I can't add my payment method as it says restricted.

Please help me how do I resolve that.

Method of payment to you, your bank account, should be added before you start selling. I am surprised ebay let you list without being fully registered to sell.

Any restriction on your account would not be related to accepting an offer. Accepting Offers is optional. It is more likely that you need to register to sell.

But it always allows to add payment method to receive money afterwards and I had no issues 😭.
