My Available Payout Balance Is Missing Sales

Can't get past an automated chat agent so hoping someone can help here. Two days ago I got a message saying my balance was growing and I had £10.98. So today I sell items which are processing but this £10.98 has just gone!!! I didn't request a payout or use it for purchases and have no idea what's happened! Any ideas or advice on how I can actually chat to a person in ebay most welcome.

You will need to speak with eBay Customer Services as they are the ones with full access to your account and can explain if that payout maybe on a hold, or where it's currently hiding.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering
