Missing Item

I sold an item and I sent it on the 5th May. They have not got it yet and requested a refund, which to be fair I would of done the same. But how do I go about it, I have no item or payment. Trying to get through to someone on ebay but I am struggling. Any helpp would be great.

Have you checked the tracking if it shows delivery,  this will close any case the buyer opens.

Was this a Simple Delivery transaction?

Ask the buyer to open a case for item not received.  Under SD rules, if not delivered, eBay will fully refund the buyer in these cases,  and you get to keep the payout.

Why have you no payment? Ebay will put a hold on funds once a not received case is opened, but you are not a new seller and money should be released within 24 hours.

You are  aware that you have to withdraw money, there are no automatic payments to bank account now.
