MSG-267

Does anyone know why my buyer signed for their delivery sent via special delivery and then 30 seconds later royal mail have stated the buyer refused to accept the package and it shows return to sender.

There is a picture of delivery having been made with a signature against the tracking number.

Can anyone help as to what MSG-267 refers to please ?  I fear the buyer is suggesting item not in packet but due to way I over tape my items, pretty impossible to accept, check the package and then refuse all in less than 1 minute. Funds still showing as to be released tomorrow and no email from Ebay to suggest any issues.

The MSG - 267 is a delay/failure message, so unable to deliver in this case.

Hopefully you placed a return label on the parcel so it will be returned to you within 18 days.

Royal Mail do have a Customer Services phone number.

They can take a very long time to answer, but are extremely helpful when you get through.

I would contact them to find out what is going on.
