MC010 Unauthorized use of your account

Hello,

I am very upset as this is the third time I get an email about a problem with my account. I had to actually change my account completely because ebay couldn't help me get it back, because of queue and proving I'm the account owner. Now my second account is blocked (ebay changed my password) and can't login. And the frustrating part is that I was in contact with a seller about a product I didn't receive and that I would like my money back for. Unfortunately I can't log in to my account because ebay changed my password, can't email them because I don't have an account, it's a big mess that I don't have time to fix. What is happening ? What can I do to stop ebay from changing my password (I changed my password today just before them saying something happened to my account) and what can I do to get my account back ? 😞 Calling them is expensive and there is always a queue. I just want a solution for this 😞 😞 

Sorry for sounding frustrated but I can't believe it's happening again.
