The LV brand is protected under Vero policy. High Brands do not wish for their items to be listed on eBay as there are so many fakes, and not all items go through eBay authentication process, and as an item cannot be viewed, the Brands do not wish those items to be sold online.
you may well see identical or similar items listed for sale, the site is vast over 7 billion listings on at anyone time, so impossible to check each and every one so some will slip the net and become listed. Once spotted and reported like yours was they too will be removed.
