Why does my listing keep getting taken done and telling me is counterfeit when it isn’t

Anyone can report a listing even competitors, and of cause  Vero owners,who don't want there items being sold on the site  Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) policy | eBay

I don't know what item is,

But Do not relist it, ebay may suspend your account if you do.
