Listing non removal

In February 2025 I made a successful sale, the items were collected, monies paid, ebay notified. Now, 9 months later, I've been contacted by another buyer saying he's paid money for this item and can I arrange for him to collect. Why is this item still listed as "for sale"?

Re: Listing non removal

Is it the radiators?   You had three in the listing but have also had them as 3 lots which would mean  3 of 3.   Listing 3 on one listing is just quantity of one lot.     You'll need to cancel the extra transaction/s via the the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.    And take the remaining one off via the dropdown menu on your selling list.

Re: Listing non removal

Hi. Thanks for that reply. I suppose my listing was at fault although the description is pretty clear that this is one lot... I say that twice. I've managed to cancel the listing for the final ghost set but I can't cancel the ongoing current sale. I suppose the buyer will get his money back from Ebay by claiming a non-completion and I'll be listed as a bad seller. Thanks for your help.Sent from my Galaxy

Re: Listing non removal

You can cancel as out of stock, this gives automatic refund.

Re: Listing non removal

Cancelling as out of stock will give you a defect, but you have no choice as you cannot sell what you do not have.
