Linking pay pal account

Hi I’m trying to bid on items and it is giving me an error message which says I don’t have a linked pay pal account. Would anybody be able to tell him how I can link my PayPal account to eBay? Many thanks

On your eBay page go to Account tab >>  Paypal Account >>  Link Accounts.

You may not be able to do this on a phone or app,  and need a laptop / PC to manage this.
