Hi folks,
When clicking on "contact seller" on an item I have bought, I'm typically shown a "customers are asking" window that loads via my browser, and here's the problem...It loads in another language. Chinese in my case as I used to live in China. However, my app is set to English and my language of choice is set to English, so I have no idea how to rectify this. I can't seem to find an option anywhere to change this. It may be that my account was opened when I was in China, but everything else is in English besides the web pages that are loaded when clicking on options like "contact seller". Has anyone had a similar issue and solved it?

Since the 2021 Registration was initially recorded and used on the China site --- despite any changes made to UK locations etc. since then, the Default Registration language setting will remain in the Chinese site.
It is no longer possible to transfer/change Original account registration or history between eBay sites.
