I have sold 1000's of items but tonight I sold 4 items each weighing 8 kg. This equals 32kg. The buyer paid separately for each item. So now I cannot generate a label to send them to the Global shipping centre as the weight is too much. I could send two items but wont be able to generate a label of the other two .
Has anyone got a work around. the bot thingy is useless and I can't seem to comment on this forum, which I have never used and frankly wish id never started. I anyone can help id much appreciate it.
