Item showing not delivered but has been

This is the umpteenth attempt to get some sense instead of a robotic nonsensical reply, I posted item number 24-12938-72681 to a buyer recently, eBay is still showing item in transit, but Royal Mail tracker confirms delivery on Sat 12 April, this,has been confirmed with the customer.  I am still awaiting payment to have released for this and for item number 12-12943-73204

As long as it's showing as delivered on the RM website ebay will release the payment if you contact them.   You can use callback on here:
