Item sent to me by mistake

I received an item that I didn’t buy/order. There’s no receipt inside with sellers details. How can I return this item?

You cannot return if you do not know where it came from. If addressed to you by name, it could have been sent by someone you have recently bought from, if so look at items any seller you have had dealings with to see what they have sold recently.

What is it, if of low value it is probably the brushing scam, look it up on google.
