Item removed

I listed a WW1 shell fuse and ebay removed it saying it was against their firearm policy. I appealed saying there were identical items for sale which had not been removed and that the item was over 100 years old and could not in any way be dangerous. My appeal was rejected with no proper explanation - I have just checked and there are at least 8 identical items still for sale. What can I do?

Re: Item removed

There's nothing you can do.

Whilst it's infuriating to see other items similar to yours listed,  they may not have been spotted and reported like your was.  With over 7 billion listings on at any one time,  items can slip the net,  and become listed.

There is a report facility on every item right hand side in the form of 3 vertical dots,  eBay also rely on members to report items.

Yours has been flagged and if you relist it,  you will face serious selling penalties.
