Still having problems .

I cancelled the item or rather the buyer cancelled, and now have just seen that ebay has

relisted and there is a bid, how do I cancel this

Buyers cannot cancel, only seller can cancel, so you need to find out exactly what happened.

Best to advise bidder why you had to do this.
