Hi, I recently sold something, it was delivered and eBay has refunded the buyer. I've had no contact from the buyer, I haven't a clue why it was refunded or if I'm going to the product back. At the moment I've lost out all ways. Any ideas how I can get this resolved as it seems to be a nightmare to actually speak to anyone. If I try the automated messaging it just says "case is closed".

Not really sure why you feel the need to ask a question,
Your attachment has on it
“We took care of this return for you
You don't need to refund the buyer, and you will not receive the item back.”
Ebay refunded, you will not get it back.

Are you saying you received no notification at all that the buyer had opened a case?

That is a concern for everyone. It shouldn't be possible for just one member to have a glitch in getting notifications.
