Item received not in 'PURCHASES'

A bag I received is counterfeit. I have contacted the seller who advised to contact ebay. This item is not showing in my purchased items and so I cannot raise a query. Is there any other way to contact ebay please. This is so strange. Really appreciate any guidance. Thanks.

This is probably because you bought as a guest.   You would have received an email from ebay when you paid telling you what to do if there is an issue with your purchase.

That normally means the seller's account has been removed by ebay (probaby for selling fakes).   In those cases it's not usually possible to start a claim on ebay.   Buyers have to contact their payment provider and ask them.    You can contact ebay about it if you like by requesting a callback on here:
