Item delivered to parcel locker but how do I retrieve it?

Hi I ordered a parcel to be sent to my local parcel locker.  The sender has sent it but I'm not sure what I do next?  Do I just input the ecp number at the parcel locker?  Or is ebay supposed to send me a message/email to notify me that the item is in the locker and ready to collect (presumably with a code to open the locker?)

Unless it has changed, ebay do not offer locker delivery. 

Sellers can drop off item at locker when using certain couriers, but item is delivered to your home or click and collect store.

well it must have changed as I ordered it to a parcel locker.  Hence why my original post in this thread states that I had it delivered to a parcel locker.
