This is more of a complaint than a request for help, but I have an order that was delivered by Parcelforce (I have the tracking details and a photo of the delivery) yesterday, but eBay is still saying that the item is "awaiting delivery" and won't release my funds. I've spoken to an eBay agent who confirmed that the order was delivered, but my funds are still on hold.
I'd be willing to put up with the new payment process in theory, but eBay really needs to improve its systems. It's unacceptable that I have to wait 14 days to get my funds for an item that is delivered.

Your right, and ebay are aware of these issues,it's just a case of when it gets sorted.
It doesn't help that the ebay tracking system can be inadequate at updating data a lot,so you always contact ebay again and report a technical issue.

Is there any way for eBay to update my order manually? This seems like a big oversight on their part.

That would be a full time job for customer support if it was available to them at the moment,so you could try again and speak with a different CS person but I doubt it
It isn't just happening to you by the way!
