Has anyone else had an item damaged by an ebay authenticator? I had a watch returned to me as a seller because the documentation didn't match up although it was confirmed as the authentic watch. I've just properly unpackaged it and the watch clasp has been completely jammed and broken. I'm gutted and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. BTW sorting out the documentation as it was an error at the shop where I bought it new several years ago.
