Item broken on delivery

Hello the item I bought from ebay was delivered broken.

I sent photos of the item to the seller but she said i needed to sort it out with Royal Mail.

but when I looked they had sent it by AVRI.

But they still say it's me that has to sort it out.

I do not know what I'm supposed to do now.

can you please help me?

select "Doesn't match description" or "Damaged"   and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
