Hi
I bought a item on line an Xbox spares or repairs. When I received parcel some of the items in the original listing where missing. I contacted the seller and he said they were in there. Now I've started a return for refund I'm concerned that when I return the goods he's going to say bits are missing. And I have to pay for postage and don't get my refund.
Please help
Regards
Graham

As long as you open a case to say the item is not as described or parts are missing, the seller will have to provide a paid label so you can return what you did receive.
There is no way to prove that the seller sent everything they should have or for you to prove that you returned all you received.
If the seller thinks you are trying to 'pull a fast one', they can ask Ebay to step in, but, as they don't see what is being sent or returned, Ebay generally find in favour of the buyer.

As long as you used "not as described" or similar as reason for the return a UK seller has to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use. eBay will nearly always side with the buyer so you should get your money back.
