Issues with seller

Anyone else having delivery issues and lack of communications from this company, that are now in administration. Ordered 2 tub chairs 12 days ago still not despatched and now not answering emails

Open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate 4 days later. 

If not resolved by ebay, then contact your payment provider.

Thing is, I would like the items as they were a good buy. I was just wondering if anyone was in a similar position with this seller.

If they have gone into administration you're unlikely to receive anything,it would be up to the administrators what they do about outstanding orders so best get a refund and buy elsewhere.
