Issue with pre paid label system

Hi

I'm having a nightmare with ebays new pre paid label system

I sell loads of items that qualify for a Royal Mail postage fee of 89p, ebays new system will charge me almost £3 !!!

So I’ve just sold a coaster & the buyer has paid almost £3 to me for it…….after the new system I will earn 3p…… yes 3p !!!!

I’ve read the help pages & it say for sales under £20 I can opt out of pre paid labels, but it doesn’t tell me how??? I have almost 500 items listed, most are falling foul of this issue. 

Is my only option to relist  every single one of these existing listings in the hope I find a way around it???

With over 400 brand new items for sale, including multiples, you should be using a business account as you are trading.

Business sellers don't have to use Simple Delivery so if you upgrade to a business seller, you will be able to set your own postage rates.

You will have to pay listing fees and final value fees on your sales, but your buyers won't be charged the buyer's protection fee.
