A book seller advertises on a colour promotion for his company that, "Our postage is always free ." But when I choose an item to buy postage is added to the sale price. I've contacted the seller but he/she hasn't replied. Thank you
where is this 'colour promotion'?

Is the seller in the UK ?? Free postage offers only apply in the sellers own country & not for International sales
