Doesn't seem like it if you Google it.    Someone mentioned it being a tracking provider connected to Amazon.   Not even sure what that means but I've never heard of them.    Do you want to give us more information?

Are you registered as a Private Seller?

Then,  Simple delivery is mandatory,  and Aquiline is not an accepted form of courier to use under SD.

They do not deliver anything, they seem to just provide dodgy tracking for Amazon drop shippers.
