International Postage

Buyer in South Korea wants 3 items with combined postage. I use the Ebay Global Shipping Programme.  When I try to answer their enquiry, Ebay say " The current postage service can't post this item due to programme restrictions". It then won't let me communicate with the buyer. What am I doing wrong?

You can't combine postage for GSP.

You have to send each item separately with it's own reference.

However, if buyer adds all items to basket & pays in one go, GSP will combine postage for international postage.
