Incorrect refund amount

I received a damaged dressing table which I want to return, after a week of going back and forth the seller has only issued me with a partial refund that I did not agree to. Does anyone know how I dispute this as I'm going around in circles

Incorrect refund amount

As usual you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE to get a full refund. Seller has to pay for return postage if they want item back.

Have you never read the EBAY 30 day money back guarantee, it is on every listing, right side, but no one seems to read it.

Incorrect refund amount

There is no option for 'not as described' I think because they have already issued the partial refund. I have offered to return the item but they just sent a partial refund instead without asking me. I have tried to get eBay to intervene but again because it shows as 'refunded' it won't allow me to do this

Yes, unfortunately the partial refund will usually block you from going further.   You can try contacting ebay about it using callback on here:

What does this mean? How can anyone help you if you don't explain what procedure you followed?

As has been said, it sounds as though you need to read and use eBay's money back guarantee. There is a link to it in every qualifying listing, or see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

If you have any problems you can ask here again, but do please explain when and how you paid for this item, and exactly what the problem is. Everything on eBay revolves around  exact conditions and time limits. Just saying that you have been "going back and forth" means nothing.
