Incorrect payout

can anyone tell me why I have only been payed out 4.85 for an item where I should be receiving 8.25

You have promotional fees to pay, but the full breakdown of your transactions can be seen in your Payment Summary >> All transactions,  or take a look with this link:

As said you need to look at Payments all transactions. That is like a bank statement except it runs up the page not down.

Every transaction is detailed and shows the running balance of your account, with money in and fees etc. being taken out.
