I bought three candle holders and eventually they arrived and two of them were broken. I was told I would receive replacements but I never received them so I asked if I could have a refund and you said I could not as they will be in sent out, but I still have not received them. The seller will not answer my text

If you bought within last 30 days, open ebay case for item not as described.

Seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

If they were 3 separate items, open 3 cases.

Escalate on day 4, ignore seller excuses.

Who told you that, non of the mentors would tell you that. Have you never read the 30 day money back guarantee, there is a link on every item.

It is up to you as the buyer to open a return case, it is then up to seller to supply a return label or labels if 3 separate labels if individual purchases, or to refund in full.
