I need to speak to an agent please it’s important, I keep getting an email after I select an agent call me back saying they couldn’t contact me, I got someone to ring me to see if I had a phone fault, I received the call fine, it’s the correct number, I double checked everything I’m just not getting a callback, I was promised a 24-48 hour call back the last time I spoke to them but never got one.
