I have not received my order

I ordered a hayatti pro max,which was suppoused to be delivered 4 days ago,i opened a request for an itrm not being delivered and pressed on "i still want my item",after this I closed the request thinking that i will get a refund as i was going to buy another one from a different buyer,this item cost me 10 pounds and i would like to get a refund.

Once closed cases cannot normally be reopened but try contacting ebay about it.   You can request a callback on here:

Nooo,  you should never close a case before its resolved in your favour

You cannot now open another case for this item with eBay.

However,  4 days even though it is a delay post is very slow at this time of year, perhaps ait another couple of days and then you'd need to turn to your payment provider if the item doesn't arrive.
