I bought an account and I didnt receive my item so I did a claim then they said message us back on jan 25 so you can get your money then I called they said we can’t give your money back so how do I get my money?

You do not get refunds this way, and I doubt you were scammed.

Things do get lost in post, and you open a not received case. If no response from seller you do not call ebay, after 3 complete days YOU ESCALATE THE NOT RECEIVED CASE TO EBAY.

If they said the 25th then exactly after 3 complete periods of 24 hours you go to the case and ESCALATE. This will not appear until time is up.

I did get scammed Cus when I asked the guy for the account details he said he only accepts gift cards then he kept telling me he cancelled it when he didn’t and he isn’t responding anymore and I’m not supposed to get it from post

Was this a digital account for gaming or similar?

If so its probably not allowed to be sold and may not have the moneyback guarantee with eBay,I suggest you contact your payent institution to see if they can get a refund as you didn't receive anything unless of course you sent gift cards in which case your money is gone

What sort of account, and how was it to be delivered?

If this was something like an online gaming account for digital delivery it won't be covered by eBay's money back guarantee anyway. But if it was to be delivered in some physical format, for example on a CD ROM it may be.

If it isn't covered by eBay you might be able to get help from PayPal or your credit or debit card issuer, according to how and when you paid.
