How to remove a restriction or suspended account

My account has been suspended and restricted well restricted for selling a fake bag how do I get it solved as I have funds in there from clothes that were real

What did the restriction say?  If it was a timed restriction you just need for this to pass for your acccount to function again.

If it was a permanent or indefinite restriction then, you will not be able to sell again on eBay and your payouts could be held for 170 days.
