How to mark as delivered/ received?

Hi all. I sold some pyjama bottoms and I delivered it to the seller in person because she didn't live very far away. She received them and is happy with them. However I can't find the option to mark as dispatched or for her to put mark as received. I had put postage and collection as my options. Ebay is still expecting me to buy the postage label and it says that the postage is overdue. Please help!

The buyer can't do anything but you should be able to mark dispatched via the dropdown menu arrow next to the item on your orders list.   Or see if you need to cancel the postage label.   Go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label.

To add to the advice, best you stick to collection or posting out, rather than delivering yourself as ebay now produce the buyer with a collection code when choosing collection that is given to you on collecting an item to prove delivery so you get paid 24 hrs later.

As you delivered you may have to wait 14/21 days for your payment

The mark as dispatched option is not available for me in the drop down menu by the item and the item does not appear in the postage labels section (I think the label has to already have been purchased in order to be cancelled).

The buyer has also left positive feedback for the item, so maybe because they have been able to do this, ebay will eventually work out that it has been received or they will eventually confirm with the buyer.
