How to close ebay account

Hi ,

I want to close my ebay account because I bought a package and it wasn't delivered I opened a case file and ebay closed the case because per their analysis tge courier services that's evri delivered the package,I sent them evidence of the door courier service used and my door I use but it didn't make sense.kindly help me close the account

Sorry this has happened to you.   Have you asked your neighbours in case someone else has it?  If you don't want to continue on ebay you can just leave your account dormant.  Or here is information on how to close it:
